    Charming, Cozy, Captivating

I had a good 5-night stay in a Standard Twin Room. The room was impeccably maintained with regular room service, and I loved the excellent dining options. The game room was a hit with my family, and the staff went above and beyond by allowing us to play a bit longer despite it being booked out.

    100% recommend ❤️😊

The car park could use better drainage to avoid muddy conditions!!! Poor lighting makes arriving after dark a challenge!!! The decor is outdated, making the entire place feel quite tired!!!

The hot water in the shower was a rollercoaster, going from freezing to boiling. Good breakfast, but they should bring out more food at once. Decent stay.

    dog-friendly room
    spacious room
    adventure activities
    lacking outdoor space

We enjoyed our stay, especially because they allowed our two dogs to join us. The location was fantastic for adventures. we loved the nearby Shotover River Jet activities. The spacious room and the unlimited Wi-Fi made it easy to connect with each other after our fun outings.

In my wife’s opinion, a larger dog-friendly area would be great.

    good value

It was an excellent fit for a brief retreat in Queenstown with very good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure we had all we needed during our stay. Bring snacks for late-night cravings since there aren’t many food options around.

    delicious salmon
    comfortable beds
    worn carpets
    limited breakfast hours
    need for upgrades

The stay included a pleasant dining experience with delicious salmon, and the bowling alley was a fantastic option for family entertainment. However, the room showed signs of wear, particularly the carpets, and while breakfast was adequate, an extended dining timeframe would have catered better to leisurely mornings. The beds were comfortable, which enhanced the overall experience but highlighted the need for room upgrades.

    friendly staff
    comfortable bed
    outdated decor
    stained carpets
    inconsistent shower temperature

Highlights include the friendly and efficient staff, who provided prompt assistance with any requests, and the comfort of the king-sized bed, which made for restful nights. However, the decor felt outdated and the hallway carpets had noticeable stains, detracting from the overall atmosphere. Additionally, inconsistent shower temperatures were a bit of a hassle during our stay. The continental breakfast was satisfying, featuring fresh-cracked eggs and pastries, but could benefit from a wider selection at busier times.

We had a wonderful time at Swiss-Belresort And Villas Coronet Peak! The bowling alley was a huge hit with the kids, and we enjoyed playing a few games together. Great bowling experience for families

The spaciousness of the room made it comfortable, and the staff were quick to assist us when we had issues with our TV. However, the lack of air conditioning in the room made for a sweaty night, and the breakfast setup could definitely use an upgrade.
